Tree sap in my beard is becoming a recurring issue after camping trips. I’ve heard peanut butter and rubbing alcohol can work, but curious about what’s actually effective. Anyone have success with these or other products?
For stubborn sap in your beard, I’ve found that a combo of vegetable oil and a fine-tooth comb works wonders. Just massage the oil in, let it sit for a few minutes, then gently comb it out before shampooing. If it’s really baked on, a dab of rubbing alcohol can help break it down without drying out your skin.
yeah the veg oil thing works but if youre out camping and dont have it handy mayo or peanut butter can do the trick too just slap it on let it sit then rinse with soap might smell funky but it gets the sap out quick and easy
